Too Sleepy in Ginger

I’ve been battling a nasty case of insomnia for several nights, and I have no idea why. I just lay in bed, night after night, thinking about all the things I could be doing instead of laying in bed not sleeping. Sleep deprivation isn’t pretty, my friends. Case in point: I wandered over to !Rebel Hope Designs a couple of days ago, and saw this gorgeous Ginger Special Edition Fall Gown on an easel outside the shop. I absent-mindedly clicked on it, thinking, “Wow, what an amazing free gift this is!” Well… I was half right. It truly is amazing, but free… it is not. When I went back tonight to make sure it was still available, I discovered the gown is actually 50L, which I didn’t even realize I’d paid – DOH! <me/facepalm> That’ll teach me to shop on virtually no sleep! But seriously, this is one beautiful dress, sure to make you the hit of your Thanksgiving gathering or other fall event. Oh, it also comes with a matching clutch purse, which of course, I forgot to show you. …sighs…

The huge rock on my finger is also from !Rebel Hope Designs, and really IS free (I checked)! It’s got a little fall leaf on it, and is perfect for your autumn proposal, guys (hint, hint). 😉 Look for the gift box outside the store, next to the Ginger gown. UPDATE: Fab Reader Genna has informed me that Essenz has dropped out of T8UH, so the shoes are no longer free. I’m so sorry about that, ladies!

After 5 years of fabulous gowns and generous gifts, Amutey Decuir has decided to close the doors of Bliss Couture. 😦 I don’t know the exact date of closing, but Ms. Decuir mentioned that she has a few new items to put out at the sale prices, will have a closing hunt, and will set out all of her past gifts, so it sounds like it might be a while (which is good!). My Dressing Room in the Sky

It’s true: I use an entire skybox as a closet. My inventory is seriously out of control, so I’ve had to start storing my clothing stash in the sky. But I just can’t help myself when there are hunt prizes as wonderful as this one! My gorgeous mesh dress is The Runway Perfect Hunt prize from Prism. All prizes in this hunt are 5L, and you have until May 31st to pick them up. Love told you a bit about this hunt a few days ago. You’ll be looking for a black and gray rectangle that looks something like a tiny runway.

I was so excited to open my group notices from [Mock] Cosmetics and find these pretty Pink Glitter nail appliers for Slink Avatar Enhanced Hands. It’s great to see so many designers getting on the appliers bandwagon. 🙂 My lemony-yellow butterfly jewelry is the current group gift from Virtual Impressions (free to join).
